Madeline
Madeline Kane, M.S., is a Co-Founder of XFORM, as well as a Policy Coordinator for the State of Oregon. Prior to practicing with XFORM, Madeline worked in government consulting, international relief, and the legal sector. Madeline specializes in organizational development, program assessment, and policy analysis. Along with Abby, Madeline helped develop PSU’s Conflict Resolution Resource Center. She holds a M.S. in Conflict Resolution with a focus on Collaborative Governance, and a B.A. in International Studies. She is a practitioner of conflict resolution processes because of their wide scale and sustainable impact on organizations and inter-personal relations.
Abby
Abby Chroman is a mediator, facilitator, and Co-founder at XFORM, where she brings approaches from across disciplines to identify new ideas and possibilities in conflict settings. She is also a Program Director at Portland State University’s School of Business, and serves on The Board of Advisors for The Impact Collective. She has an M.S. in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University, a B.A. in International Relations from University of California, Davis, and experience working with social impact organizations across sectors.
